What is Clashed?
We're building the home of Skill Based Gaming in Web3. Following our successful Alpha launch + free NFT mint, our team are building a platform where you can experience our in-house developed games through both single and multiplayer modes, enabling you the opportunity to challenge other competitors for crypto. The Clashed ecosystem is inclusive, but our Diamond Pass holders will always receive the largest benefits.
Skill based games are those where the outcome of the games is entirely based on your skill, not luck. Take Chess for example, two players start from the exact same position and have the same opportunity to win before a game begins! Or if you prefer, consider the Call of Duty Gulag, where two players start with the same loadout in a 1v1 scenario. The better player wins.
Despite the skill gaming industry surpassing $30 billion in the fiat realm, its counterpart in the Web3 space remains largely untapped. This presents a unique opportunity for Clashed and that's what we're here to build.
The team behind Clashed
As the sister company of Winkel Games, we bring to the table over 5 years of experience in the skill-based mobile gaming sector, bolstered by a $5 million private funding round. Our UK-based team, comprising 29 dedicated full-time employees, has ventured into the Web3 space since June 2023.

The Diamond Pass
Our genesis collection, the Diamond Pass, is a free mint capped at 500 supply. This pass serves as a gateway to our ecosystem with real in-game utility. Holders of the Diamond Pass will enjoy benefits from our Champions Program, alongside our community benefits such as top tier collaboration whitelists and a 1:1 ratio of future mints due to it's factory asset element.
Despite the pass being free, we completely recognise that it serves as a reflection of our brand identity at Clashed. This understanding will continually be integrated into our strategic planning moving forward.
For those unfamiliar, we have the capability to offer a free mint because our business model is aligned with hosting fees. Our revenue is not derived from NFT mints or royalties; rather, it comes from hosting multiplayer tournaments where stakes are involved. This approach provides us with a scalable and sustainable business model.
What was the Clashed Alpha?
In December 2023, we celebrated the Alpha platform release of our platform, featuring two games: JUMP and Solitaire. The launch was a resounding success, both statistically, with over 1,500 unique players participating within the week, and in terms of community engagement, as evidenced by the 250+ feedback responses available in our "Alpha Feedback" channel. This success not only highlighted the platform's appeal but also underscored the quality and commitment of the community we've built.

Is Skill Based Gaming Gambling?
No, gambling consists of three elements: consideration (Expenditure by Effort), prizes (reward) and chance. As our games are entirely skill based with no chance, despite the opportunity to wager and earn crypto, it is not gambling.
Further to this point, players can always enjoy single player modes in our games purely for fun.
Key Milestones & Future Plans (3-6 Months)
Beta Launch
Currently scheduled for late March, our beta release will introduce crypto wagering elements into the multiplayer versions of the games you know and love: JUMP and Solitaire.
We're also working to enable additional games + modes to our beta, including classics such as Bubble Shooter & original games created by our team e.g. "SWING". This expansion aims to diversify our gaming portfolio and offer a richer, more engaging experience to our players.
Any lootboxes earned through our Alpha period will be redeemable here.
Second NFT Collection
Expected in April, our second NFT mint will be PFP based to represent our community. While most details are yet to be revealed, diamond pass holders will receive their asset for free, at a 1:1 ratio.
Additional utility will naturally be tied to this asset, we have no intention of simply making it a JPEG.
Full Platform Launch
June marks a significant milestone with our full platform launch. This rollout will unveil the complete scope of our offerings, including the champions program, battle pass, an array of new games, and much more. This stage ultimately represents the culmination of our efforts to provide a fully-fledged, immersive gaming platform with fun at it's core.

Community Tournaments - Twice Weekly
We're committed to keeping the competitive spirit alive with weekly community tournaments, offering you a chance to showcase your skills and win those sweet sweet prizes.
Tuesdays: Dive into our own games like JUMP & Solitaire, hosted directly on our platform.
Thursdays: It's your turn to choose! We'll host tournaments in popular external games such as Chess and Poker, based on your preferences.

Growth Avenues
We'd like to make it clear that this list is certainly not exhaustive and is subject to change, however here are some strategies we're considering in anticipation of upcoming major events:
Prioritising partnerships and sponsorships with influencers and content creators.
Initiating "Play to Whitelist" campaigns and community collaborations for our second collection.
Organising inter-community tournaments.
Considering a token release, pending several factors, this won't be rushed.
On a separate note we're also eager to explore avenues for organic growth. We aim to become a prominent name through new Web3 projects that seek to engage their communities more deeply.
While many have experienced Discord community events, Rumble, Poker, etc., these often face challenges such as scalability, data tracking, and bot infiltration. We're confident in our ability to offer an ideal solution, creating engaging, skill-based games platform specifically designed for this niche.
Of course, we will also implement more scalable growth methods, including referral programmes, deposit incentives, affiliate marketing, and paid advertising.
