😴 1. The Lack of Enjoyment in GameFi Games

The GameFi industry has faced significant challenges since May 2022, and we believe there is a fundamental reason behind this. A considerable portion of blockchain-based games are primarily designed to maximize financial rewards, not just for the players, but predominantly for the organizations behind them. This product and revenue model often relegates the importance of fun and engaging gameplay to the background. Outside of a thriving market, the previous model of integrating NFTs and tokens proved to be unsustainable.

Our Solution

Clashed operates under a completely different financial model. Our revenue is generated through hosting tournament games and collecting a hosting fee. This model allows us to shift our focus from purely financial gains to creating the most engaging, fun, and rewarding games for our players. Our primary objective is to ensure that our players derive maximum enjoyment from our games, and we believe that this focus on player experience will set us apart in the GameFi industry.

🎫 2. The Limited Utility of NFTs

More often than not, Web 3 organizations sell NFTs as a means of fundraising for future product development. Consequently, despite the high costs of these NFTs in cryptocurrency, they often lack utility for extended periods, sometimes months or even years, if they gain any utility at all.

Our Solution

Clashed is backed by a private investment company, and we have an established and successful organization outside of the crypto space. This financial stability allows us to take a different approach with our NFTs. The NFTs we release will not only serve as free rewards for our players but will also have genuine utility in our games. Our players will be able to use these NFTs in the games we have already created and those we plan to release post-beta in 2024. This approach ensures that our NFTs are not just digital collectibles but integral parts of the gaming experience we will offer.
